Above- a couple of Meerkat shetches.. also known to most of the visitors as "Hey look! it's Timon from Lion King!"
Above - While I was sketching these poses of the Gorilla's I over heard one of the volunteers at the zoo explaining how some of the older Gorilla's were on a type of painkiller drug to help with the effects of arthritis... not sure if this is environment induced?
